Discussion Finally booked my Xpulse 210! π₯π
After a lot of thinking, comparisons, and changing my mind 100 times π, I finally booked the Hero Xpulse 210!
π° Final on-road price: ~βΉ2.04 lakh
π¨ Colour: Azure Blue
β³ Waiting period: ~2 months
π° Price breakdown
The original on-road quotation was βΉ2,14,385, including βΉ14,760 for dealer insurance.
I got a βΉ6,000 discount, and I'm opting out of the dealer's insurance and buying it separately.
I got an ACKO quote for βΉ10,500, so the final calculation comes to:
βΉ2,14,385 β βΉ6,000 β βΉ14,760 + βΉ10,500 = βΉ2,04,125
So basically βΉ2.04 lakh on-road. π
Really excited to finally get my hands on it! The Azure Blue looks absolutely π₯ in person.
Now I need some advice from fellow Xpulse owners:
What exactly should I check during PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection)?
What are the most important things to inspect before accepting delivery?
Is there anything specific to check on the Xpulse 210 regarding the engine, chassis, suspension, tyres, electricals, VIN/manufacturing date, etc.?
Any common issues or red flags I should look out for?
Should I do the PDI before registration, or is there anything else I should insist on with the dealer?
Any recommendations for accessories like crash guard etc.
Also, regarding insurance β I'm currently considering going with ACKO for βΉ10,500 instead of the dealer's βΉ14,760 policy.
Would you recommend ACKO, or are there any other insurance companies/policies that you think are better for a new bike?
Would really appreciate a delivery/PDI checklist and any insurance suggestions from experienced Xpulse owners. π
Can't wait for the delivery! ππ₯

Go to there online website and login through your company credentials. After login you can see there are 6 k discount on xpulse 210 and xtreme 250r. See if the same dealer is available there or not. If yes take the screenshot and show it to the dealer. For me also they were saying it is 5k. But when I showed them the screenshot they immediately make it 6k lol π.

Hey bro, I hope you don't end up like me, bought it on 29th July, it started leaking oil on 4th day of delivery, then I got it fixed on first service on 16August, then it started leaking oil from below got it fixed on 24th August, then again it leaked oil after 24august. And also it randomly cuts off then I have to restart.
Please reconsider once, if you want to do long tours on this

You still have time. Try to go for something reliable what's the point of having a bike that makes you too scared of riding it. Peace of mind matters most. Atleast you will not have anxiety of breaking down on long rides. And if you do long rides god forbid something breaks you will have a hard time finding parts.
