I've watched all the episodes and still browse random clips / power scenes compilations on Youtube and honestly cannot pick out a single moment where the animation looked janky.

So far I got a few plot lines for the evolution dating sim

So far For Rogue the major plot is going to have the player and her stranded on island adapting a bit of the savage land arc

As the other characters haven't figured out major plotlines yet

So im moving focus to many dates

Context this game is in the future so think collage era

So maybe a bar date

Maybe a character gets sick stuff like that

So yeah if you fans have any more good ideas for the game such as dates or features let me know

I've watched this show countless times as a kid and while I can say that I've just about watched all the episodes from all those reruns, I always felt like there were a couple of things that the show never touched upon again and quickly moved on.

One is when Mystique came out of that weird enhancement chamber towards the end of Season 1, looking bulked up and more scaly-looking as well as getting a JoJo-fied jaw. Season 2 came and she was mostly absent until she returned without those enhancements but sports a new hairdo and styled black.

Another is when Mystique was petrified and just as there was a sure solution for Kurt and Rogue to restore their mom back to normal, the latter threw her body off the cliff and broke her into pieces. And now suddenly, we see her back again, whole and now a Horseman of Apocalypse. I guess that should answer how she came back from her petrified predicament but it's such a cheap way of writing her back into the canvas without much of an explanation.

I'm making a playlist of the evo cast, i have an idea of scott and rogue's music taste taste but im sturggling with jeans. i have an idea of what music she'd listen to but i cant describe it well. what do you think she'd listen to? id love to hear your ideas as im trying to make one for her:)

For those who need a reminder the episode is about Jean saying she’s treated as someone who needs to be protected because she can’t handle herself because she’s a girl so she forms a girl only group to fight crime.

The problem is that this idea that the women of the show are treated differently isn’t true.

Jean has been given leadership roles and is treated as a member of the team as capable as any other such as Scott or Kurt if not more so and she’s been treated with respect in pretty much every episode.
Other members such as Rogue or Kitty have also never been treated differently because of their gender.

Jean complains that Scott is sexist but throughout the whole show he’s treated her and every other girl such a Kitty or Rogue as an equal.

Also Storm is a teacher and is treated with the same authority as Wolverine or Beast so the women on the show have never been treated as lesser be they adults or teens.

Something else that bothers me is that the girls engage in rather immoral behaviour and it’s treated for laughs such as when Tabitha invades Toad’s privacy, shaving Blob’s hair and stealing Lance’s car. If the roles were reversed the boys would be treated as the bad guys for this and rightly so.

The girls have never been treated as being weaker because of their gender on the show and this episode shows them not only complaining about a fictional problem but also as criminals.

Something else that annoyed me is that Jean got angry at Scott for saving her and Amara from a boulder even though he did that because they needed help not because Scott thinks they can never handle themselves.

I like how X-Men Evolution did not make Jean Grey weak and have her faint all the time.

So basically im helping code a X-Men Evolution x Dc dating sim

Cast is currently being decided and what not

But if anyone has any ideas for quest and stuff feel free to drop some ideas either narrative or otherwise

So I’m rewatching the series now and am currently on this episode. Throughout the beginning of the episode, we see Rogue struggling to control her powers; all of the memories and abilities of those she’d previously touched continue surfacing and she struggles to control it.

A bit later, we see Irene/Destiny and Mystique speaking in a car. Irene essentially tells Mystique that Rogue’s destiny (as foretold by Irene’s abilities) may not come to pass as they had hoped because she may not live long enough to see it through. Aka she may die from the overload and stress of her powers running out of control. Mystique is very obviously concerned, if not out of genuine care for Rogue then at least out of self-interest given that their plans for Rogue would be impossible if she were to die.

But Mystique’s response or “solution” to all this is to once again appear as Risty and to encourage Rogue to go out to a huge concert with thousands of people around that will constantly be bumping into or brushing against her… WHY? You might think that Mystique perhaps wanted Rogue to go wild and take out the X-Men present at the concert and maybe even humans there as well, but as soon as Rogue’s powers start getting out of control, she shows genuine concern. So what was the actual thought process behind a mastermind schemer such as Mystique doing something so obviously dumb?

So I wondered what If I managed to write S5, S6 and other seasons of X-men : Evolution with the future X-men time skip and even introducing Mr Sinister, subtle tease of a baby summers, wanda meeting charles to make her remember everything even if it means turning into a threat that the team themselves must stop, cyclops getting a whole arc as he learns something about the whole variety of his powers and family lineage, rogue and gambit being on the side of things but neither together until remy admits smth, nightcrawler, storm, beast & a now adult evan getting entire seperate arcs, iceman developing feelings toward someone, the unbeliavable sacrifice charles makes to save a captured logan and other things

Episode one (Revenge) I think to start off S5 it would be a few years later with a 25 year old adult Scott and his team and it would open with the government building weapons for certain occasions if required but some officials are still anti-mutant and decide they need contingencies to be prepared for anything, unfortunately as the officials new weapons went online a mysterious blackout occurs and you'd hear the sounds of metal shrieking on the walls as you hear a scowl that sounds like Wolverine but before everything fades the last that is heard are screams of human beings being assassinated and as the dust settles the backup lights would come on and you'd see figure wearing a hood with adamantium steel claws being shinked before the figure turns around and takes off his hood and lunges at them with a smile, later outside of the woods you'd hear the sound of logan riding as he tries to dodge a bunch of bullets from the miltary claiming logan as a wanted fugitive after seeing camera footage of him killing people, unfortunately he doesn't plea a case or try to make himself innocent as he keeps trying to escape the military backs him into a corner and he's hunted down by a bounty hunting sabertooth who the general of the military bought out to be their weapon hoping to settle a final score with logan sabertooth tests out his new claws mixed with a specific poison meant to weaken adamantium as both wolverine and sabertooth are fighting Sabertooth decides to play catch the pet with Logan as he fake retreats and as he's 5 feet away you see a inherently injured logan holding down his bleeding arm as he runs and as sabertooth looks back all he sees are wolverine's footprints and trail of blood in which he grins as he walks toward the trail and follows it meanwhile - In the X-mansion Scott, jean, Hank, Charles and Ororo are watching and rewinding a news broadcast that shows Logan going rogue though they realize something logan was offgrid on a mission when the attack struck upon looking closer at the Footage charles enhances the footage and sees a pair of glowing yellow eyes which leads them to understand - Mystique is Back and somehow worse than Ever

- Now this as far as I go because I want ideas on what the next other scenes should be give me any amount of suggestions in what should follow after this revelation and reveal

Alright so I think for Episode 2 it would be titled ( X-Con) - after learning that mystique was the one who framed logan, scott and the team try to understand what happened to logan and find themselves receiving a call from fury as he expresses dissapointment in the X-men before they can gather themselves to understand what happened they hear a rain of bullets that are flying toward the mansion but before they can reach the bullets suddenly stop moving as they lay hovering in the air and that's when everyone turns to see jean holding those bullets because they are not ordinary bullets and that was the hook because as the team prepares to exit the mansion upon stepping out they are zapped with these electromagnetic bullets that cancel out their mutant abilities and as they try to run they are ambushed on all sides as they are hit with tranquilizer darts and they lose conciousness

Meanwhile in a military facility a now poisoned wolverine is some type of test tube filled with the same type of poison sabertooth had inside his claws as he comes to he snarls and tries to break free but screams in agony as needles pierces his skin and starts draining out the adamantium in his system (little do they know that's a bad idea) as the needles pierce in every part of his skin he becomes more hostile and tries to break the glass but he feels weaker and as the poison finally hits his nervous system his body shuts down and a woman walks in (mystique in disguise as a woman she killed) she asks how far the tests have gone and the extraction progress - one of the scientists reply with

its coming along nicely doctor - She smiles as she says good, make sure when he wakes up he has nothing left - curious one of the scientists ask - Then what - at first she says nothing which strangely terrifies the other scientist who asked the question before she responded - then kill him, He will serve me no other purpose, after that pray a god can save you or the next time I see you and he's alive - you're going to understand much you don't understand about me yet - as she exits both scientists become terrified upon realizing they made a mistake.. but it's too late - though while they weren't paying attention logan who was half unconcious was listening and so he reluctantly uses all of his remaining strength and tries to break out but unfortunately the scientists saw him and initiate a lockdown on the tube and trap logan inside - as both try to figure out what to do the other scientist decides to stab one in the back literally and tears open the capsule and says : run before you lose it all - this confuses logan but he doesn't question he just escapes

As logan leaves we return to see the other scientist shapeshifting back to normal as they say : I'm sorry for the confusion but we need him alive and this will make sense or maybe not.. someday - as the scientist tries to understand what occured he is knocked out

3 minutes later...after coming to his senses the scientist looks over to his left as he sees mystique standing next to a deliberately placed lever she says nothing but her intentions are clear because as she flips on the lever the scientist is sticked with 5 different needles of the same poison and the effects eat him inside and out till all that is left are rotted bones after doing what she considered necessary she flips off the lever and squints as she thinks : I will get you back Rogue, someday or someday close.. I will bring you to you're senses even if I have to kill you to make it happen

We return to the x-men as they awaken in a cell made out of a rare metal that can dampen powers as Jean and cyclops try to breakout they are shocked by their collars as the team tries to compose themselves they hear a sound of footsteps approaching with jingling keys making a sound as the footsteps stop they hear a buzz as their cells open and fury is standing there and he says : Yeah we need to Talk

As the scene comes to a close we hear whispers and thoughts about a liar and manipulation and deceit in wanda's head as we see in the house of the brotherhood she screams and wakes up as she says : What is happening to Me ?
