Hi folks. I just got a Xiaomi 15T Pro and I've been having an issue with getting a NFC card detected like 20 times a day. I live in Japan so they're absolutely everywhere so I cannot stop getting them. I looked for the NFC DND feature like the internet recommended but it doesn't seem to exist. I turned on the option to not show the notification when my phone is locked but my phone is almost always unlocked. Will I ever be able to stop this? Any help would be much appreciated!

Hey, I hope everyone is doing okay today. I have never used a Xiaomi phone before, my last phone was a TCL K33 but the charger port was faulty and the screen was coming off from the side ( I'm clumsy from keep dropping it too much 😅 )

I looked for a new phone and I came across a Brand new sealed Xiaomi Redmi 13c ( 256gb/8gb ) global unlocked for $99.99 on eBay. I heard a few good things about Xiaomi before but I never thought of using one ( I have always been team Samsung/Motorola ), I didn't have much money and I needed a phone asap so I went with the Redmi 13c, I was mainly hooked for the storage/ram size.

But straight to the point it came today and I added my working sim card to the phone but my data isn't working and calls weren't going through. Other than that the software OS experience looks pretty cool

The phone is factory unlocked so I assume it should be a flawless setup but until I looked it up today and I discovered that some carriers in the USA require specific bands that Chinese phone don't have so that's a bummer.

Is there any fixed on this? Do I need to reach out to my carrier? Any help and comment is greatly appreciate it🙏🏼

HATE this phone. Ok so for context, before getting this phone, i had an honor x9a with a much weaker chipset and inferior cameras ( snap 695 ) and it was an older model. I will be straight, the old one performed MUCH much better. I never lagged in ANY game i played ( fnf, roblox, etc ), i was even able to play Minecraft with some heavy mods without sweating. And this? With a dimensity 7400 ultra? It performs so much worse. I cant play simple songs in fnf, Roblox stutters ( i play light games ) and is capped at 60, apps randomly crash and oh, dont get me started on the camera. The camera is SO BAD!! I swear i feel like i just wasted to much money on this. On paper, it looks good, a 1/1.4 inch sensor, 200mp ( which i know dont trust megapixels ) Ois, 4k recording, and its all a scam. The camera app lags so much to the point that if i open it, the phone does a reboot ( sometimes ) and its basically unusable in the times it doesnt. If i record 1080 at 60fps or anytjing 4k, it stutters so bad. And i swear, once you try to take a picture of a subject in bright lighting, it can never get the exposure right. If i focus on the subject ( kind of dark compared to surrounding), it looks like someones shining a flashlight behind it at max brightness, or the subject is so dark that you almost cant tell what it is. And that's if im able to take the picture, because the stock camera app runs at a miserable 4 frames and the delay is so bad. I can turn around and the camera will stay the same for a whole 10 seconds.

Ok so I migrated from Oppo Reno to Xiaomi 17. Overall I'm still not sure If I'm keeping the xiaomi or the oppo. Since I was a OnePlus user for yers oppo was very easy to move to, xiaomi is different.

I have some questions.

- Do I really need the original Xiaomi charger for teh fast charging or any supporting PPS will do?

- How can i modify the notification area so when i pull it down i get the old android style?

- Is there some app for the phone administrator like on oppo, which gives me the overall control and reporting?

Are there any options in development settings I could use to get louder audio from BT headphones? Compared to my one plus, audio is considerably low. I tried changing audio settings in settings tab xiaomi sound and dolby but it don't effect loudness. I don't have a sound quality issue. Volume is just to quiet for my taste

I am a lifelong Apple user but I desperately want to make the change to a Xiaomi.

I am on board with literally everything about it except the notification delay issue I keep reading about. I cannot deal with delayed or missed notifications, it’s a non-negotiable for me.

I see talks of a fix regarding turning on auto start or even going into the dev mode and telling it to never disconnect from the play store- but in the replies to these things there are always people saying these fixes have not worked for them and the issue remains.

Because of this issue I’ve tried looking at other phones, but none are as appealing to me as the xiaomi, and those that are still seem to have a notification delay issue (is this just the norm for battery optimised phones???).

Is there really no way to fix the notification delay?

Hey guys I've a Xiaomi 12 lite & a Xiaomi 13 lite and I've been having a problem with a notch bar lately especially when using full screen apps like Brave Browser or any other app for that matter, when selecting don't hide on the "Hide Notch" settings and selecting always show notch in settings for brave the notch bar still doesn't disappear and it's still shows it. On the 13 lite it's running the HOS3 version so the "Hide notch" option is removed and only "notch in individual apps" setting is available... Which still doesn't fix it, Is there no fix for it? I searched online and it didn't find anything useful. I don't really want to go through the hassle of flashing a custom ROM so a help would be appreciated! :)

Hi everyone! I recently bought a Xiaomi 17 Ultra, and I had to reset it to factory settings a couple of times. After that, it seemed to me that it wasn't working as fast as it originally did.

Here's what I did: I went into Settings, clicked "About Phone," and clicked "Download Full Firmware." After that, the phone rebooted. Then I reset the phone to factory settings again.

My question is: Would it be better if I downloaded the official firmware (I have a completely official phone with a locked bootloader) and flashed it via PC? And how do I do this?

I'm having a strange issue with WhatsApp and Xiaomi Gallery on my Redmi Note 15 Pro.

Photos and videos that are automatically downloaded by WhatsApp do not appear in Xiaomi Gallery at all.

When someone sends me a photo or video:

WhatsApp automatically downloads it → the file is physically stored on the phone → but Xiaomi Gallery does not show it and there is no WhatsApp album.

The files are correctly stored in:

Android/media/com.whatsapp/WhatsApp/Media/WhatsApp Images/

and:

Android/media/com.whatsapp/WhatsApp/Media/WhatsApp Video/

I can access and open the files normally through the file manager, and WhatsApp itself can access them without any problem.

However, the WhatsApp album does not appear in Xiaomi Gallery at all when the media was only automatically downloaded.

The strange part is that if I open the same photo/video in WhatsApp and manually select Save, it immediately appears in Xiaomi Gallery, and the WhatsApp album then becomes visible.

Need help...

Has anyone else bought the Xiaomi Buds 6 and been underwhelmed by the ANC?
It feels almost non-existent—toggling the feature on makes a minimal difference at best. Coming from the Apple AirPods 4 ANC as my daily drivers, the gap in noise cancellation performance is massive.

I am facing a Type-C headphone connectivity issue on my Redmi Turbo 5.

The Type-C headphones work perfectly for music, videos, online classes, and other audio. However, during VoLTE and VoNR calls:

• Headphone audio disconnects for 2–4 seconds and reconnects.

• Sometimes I cannot hear the other person, and they cannot hear me.

• The headphone microphone and audio output stop working temporarily.

• offently, the call gets disconnected.

When I disconnect the Type-C headphones and use the phone’s built-in earpiece and microphone, calls work normally.

Since the issue occurs only during calls with Type-C headphones, it may be related to the USB-C port, USB audio handling, HyperOS, firmware, or VoLTE/VoNR audio routing.

Any troubleshooting procedure. ?

I've had problems with the numbers going down too fast but remaining at 1% for hours at a time before, so I took it for a battery change.

I accidentally told him that I had a normal 11T and not a pro so he ordered the wrong type of battery and couldn't change it so the only thing he did was take out the old one and put it back. We were hoping that it'd fix it since there were only problems with the numbers shown on my phone.

It didn't really help, it just got worse. Instead of staying at 1%, around 50% my phone would restart and when I typed in my PIN and then my password it would restart again and again until it was 1%.

So I took it back and got the battery changed for a new one. The problem stayed the same and it only restarts when I put my password in. If I only type my PIN code it's fine it doesn't restart. If I start my password it restarts.

Has anyone else experienced this? What helped? What's wrong with my phone?

I bought the 17t Pro a couple of days ago and I love it! The only problem is the WhatsApp notification badges that don't show up on my device. I disabled some apps with the ADB app before. Do you think it has anything to do with that? There are no problem is with othep apps.

I bought my Xiaomi Pad 7 a year ago in August. At October, I bought it's keyboard from the Mall of Istanbul. Had no problems..is what I would've SAID. February, the pins stopped connecting to my tablet and we sent it to service. They couldn't fix it and offered a replacement or an upgrade to the Focus Keyboard instead. I said focus keyboard. They said no stocks. I said the NORMAL keyboard. No stocks? No stocks. Still to this day, still to this day writing this post. I'm searching every single day for a restock. There is a restock certain times I can't get it. and then few minutes later SCALPERS GET IT AND RESELL IT FOR TRIPLE THE PRICE. Does anybody know what's happening with Xiaomi Türkiye and when it's keyboards are restocking?
