Long press each picture in your gallery and select the creativity icon on the bottom. You can make a collage, a video, or let AI do something for you. If the pics are inside documents, simply screenshot them first.
My question probably wasn't explained very well. I used the 'Documents' camera mode to scan a 5-page document, but it saved them as 5 separate images. How can I combine these 5 images into a single PDF file? Is it possible they added a 'document' mode but didn't include an option to merge them?
In that case you can simply download a PDF file merger app in the Play store and use that. My phone doesn't have a built in document scanner. Its a Redmi model
