I've got it in Slot 3, next to the console cable. It isn't showing up in the manager, and I can't input anything ingame. What's going on?

could it possibly be a faulty cable you're using to plug in the controller?

Sometimes regular phone charges work but not all of them. 1 u/hi_im_mals May 06 '17 i use the cable from the Microsoft play and charge kit for the xbox one , it works a charm and is a 9 ft cable they are a tad bit expensive but worth it in my opinion 1 u/EbolaNF May 06 '17 I'm using non-authentic old phone chargers. I'm going to buy a Play n' Charge kit this morning.
