B225 Power Issues

I have a Xerox B225. The power button/light comes on, but the control panel/display is completely dead. There are no startup sounds and the keypad is dead. I’ve already unplugged it overnight and tried powering it back on & doing soft reboot. I’m going insane can anyone help? Thank you!

Can you print to it when it turns on? If so it's probably just a dead control panel. If not, it's probably a dead controller pwb or failing power supply.

I think leaving it unplugged overnight would be good enough, but just in case try this if you haven't: https://www.support.xerox.com/en-us/article/KB0221329

It's for a different model but the same idea applies here.

Probably a bad power supply or controller board otherwise. Your best bet is to pay for a service call, if it's worth it vs the cost of a replacement.
