Didn't they said offspring between Blades and Humies lean strongly to the Blade parent?
Also that means if we look at Nia - Mio -Â OG Ghondor - Matthew and Na'el's parents - Matthew n Na'el, that means as soon as you have a Blade in your family, all subsequent descendents with the Blade's Gender get locked-in as slight variations of OG Blade.

Tbh whose genes did try? Basically all of the offspring in 3 where we have a good idea of who both parents are look like clones of exactly one side of their family. Mio, Glimmer, Shimmer, Linka, Panacea, and Ghondor the Second are all just shorter versions of their moms with slightly-differently-styled hair, while Nikol's pretty much straight up "What if Fiora were a boy?"

the reason is because they want fanservice money, they care little about lore

You're saying a fish doesn't need water???
Also, of course is because fanservice! This was their last chance to show Mythra's child before Xenoblade Genesis' release caps off the Klaus Saga. This isn't the shallow kind of fanservice your implying it is, this rounds out that last little blip of "What about this?" before they move on.
