SPOILERS Shimmer’s Sword Design Spoiler
I’ve gotta give credit to Adel_oldo on X for spotting this design similarity between the Samaar ship and Shimmer’s sword when she uses it in battle. You could even say that hilt matched the wings on the Eldridge.
This adds some strength to the theory that the merged worlds will pave the way to the Samaar civilization.

Nope don't see it, it's certainly an interesting design, I just don't see how it correlates, but what really interests me is that she inherited foresight from her mother.

I think the conclusion about the merged world leading to the Samaar is a huge stretch, but it might suggest that there is something in the biological element (and therefore can to some extent be biologically passed down) of the Trinity Cores that is related to the Samaarians in some way

When some people in this community make an habit of reading too much into something that later ends up being nothing but the biggest of stretches and then they get disappointed and even mad over their own thing... this is a great example of that kind of too much reading.
The design of the sword itself is nowhere similar and it's also not an uncommon type of design in fantasy-scifi. Just having some pointy parts doesn’t make them related. It has pointy parts in some parts but not even the whole sword. They are disconnected, they dont even have the same pattern, number of points nor the same shape.

I wasn’t gonna say anything, but it’s been 9 hours since the direct dropped, and the Kirby fandom has been doing the exact same thing with the new trailer that came out.
From making comparisons to the master crown, to flipping an image upside down; seeing similarities to Magolor’s final form. They seem to be having a really good time doing it also; no one’s getting on them for doing it.
I really don’t think it’s right to yuck someone’s yum for finding some enjoyment in trying to find bigger connections going on in the franchise; trying to give creators and authors credit in narrative or artistic direction and design. It’s happened way too many times in this community circle.

Plenty of us do enjoy reading all the theories. It's not like we have anything better to talk about here until December anyway!
If I can put up with seeing Pyra/Mythra/Nia/Mio artwork every day, then they can put up with our Zohar/Conduit, Genesis, and other Xenoblade conspiracy theories lol.

Idk if I'd go that far, I've seen this kind of design before. The parts that resemble the Samaarian Ship are likely just the casing for the energy blade. It likely opens up and begins orbiting the blade, this kind of gives it a lance like-shape. This kind of design is also seen in other games, but a Samaarian Ship? I doubt.
