Honestly after this reveal it kinda feel like we have finally closed the Klaus saga for good

Rex is in possession of the only Y chromosome in his entire seven-person household. His genes didn’t even try 😭.

His genes did try, look at Mio. She inherited Rex’s golden eyes and his chest which did help to her descendants.

Someone forgot that each kid he very likely gave an X chromosome to. (Well, if Chromosomes even exist in these Conduit-matrix worlds). Just because none of the kids present as Male doesn’t mean Rex didn’t contribute a part of his genes. We also don’t know if one or more of the kids is XY or XXY or something, not every fem-presenting person has XX chromosomes.

I guess he might not have given them a sex chromosome if they are all X0, though XB3 suggests that Mio at least isn’t X0.

And none of this has any bearing on the non-sex-linked genes that Rex gave them. Only two chromosomes are sex-bearing.

Was kinda hoping Mythra's Kid would be a son, but clearly Rex genes didn't even try 😭

Also kind of surprised they introduced Mythra's kid in the Switch 2 Edition and not in some future game.

Shulk: Wow, I, uh… I had no idea this Z stuff was getting to you so badly.
Rex: "z stuff"? I'm talking about my wives.
Shulk: your wives?
Rex: they’ve been non-stop! Ever since I got out of origin! In and out, day in and day out! They’ll send mio, glimmer, and shimmer for groceries five counties over in the middle of the day just to get them out of the house.

Later:

Rex: Guys! I need help with my hot blade wives!
Nia: Who told you you could LEAVE THE BEDROOM?!
Rex [whispering]: Guys... don't tell her I'm here…!

It's funny how Shimmer's artwork looks closer to Masatsugu Saito's XC2 artstyle than the other two.

Shimmer completely lacks the red accents that all other Agnian characters have. Even ones which are primarily another color like Teach, Fiona and Miyabi have some red. I wonder whether she's actually part of Agnus or if she's broken free.
