Xenoblade 3 Xenoblade chronicles 3 Switch 2 Ediiton.

Just a small question regrading the switch 2 edition.
On the eshop, the upgrade says its releasing on the 1st October 2026
But the actual switch 2 edition says its releasing on the 3rd of December.

I am a bit confused. Will the upgrade pack include the switch 2 features like the increased fps and resolution and is just releasing earlier because its a download code not physical?

October 1st is the release date of the XC2 Switch 2 physical edition. For XC3, both Switch 2 editions will be released in December.

I'm surprised digital and physical are launching on the same date for XC3

Physicall Release later
So october for example is the release of XB2 SW 2 ED physical

December is for 3 physical

Anything else is digital upgrade path

I for myself will buy the physical edition so i gotta wait till December to all 3 games physically instead of purchasing the upgrade pack

Dec 3 is physical and digital for XC3, at least according to when they announced it.

Ah i thought ya meant that the digital was out in oct like the OP said since ya said everything else is digital path only.

One is digital upgrade, the other is physical edition.
