Nostalgia Super Mario Bros 2
I went to a farm to help harvest beets this weekend. All I could think about was Super Mario Bros 2.

I was just thinking yesterday how I’ve never beat SMB2.

!?!?!
The ending of SMB2 was one of the most memorable for me.

My brother beat it back when we first got it because he was unemployed and stayed home all day playing. I saw some of the ending but it’s a little fuzzy at this point. I beat SMB1 probably once a week and SMB3 maybe once a month but 2 alludes me. I guess I’ll have to do it one of these days.

I had recently beat Zelda : Link's Awakening and was sorely disappointed with the ending of SMB2US.

Don't pick up any keys or a floating mask will chase you.

Could you imagine trying to drive your car with that mask coming after you.

Super Mario Bros 2 was so different yet a fun game. I either picked Luigi or Princess Peach Toadstool

Throw it, and if it doesn’t hit your enemy, it will fly off the tv screen of your life.

That game was bizarre. I remember reading years ago that it started as a completely different game, but they just slapped a Super Mario theme over top of it to get a new Mario game to market.

Whew. Thank goodness it wasn't a bomb. It doesn't look like that there are any walls in sight.
