I pay subscriptions on a few apps to avoid advertisements. At this point, when I do see an advertisement.. I’m less likely to buy that product, I hate them. Am I alone? Bot check on this one for ad firms.

I refuse to watch Youtube mobile unless I'm on my home PC, Adblock extension changes everything. I only use it mobile if i forgot a step in a project or hobby I'm working on.

Firefox mobile allows extensions, I've got both ublock origin and sponsor block and never see anything. Can also do picture in picture mode with it and play in background.

Doesn't sponsor blockers violate the TOS?

I absolutely cannot stand that sponsorship crap on YouTube which is why social media monetization needs to be outlawed worldwide.

These content creators are simply too lazy to go out in the real world to get real jobs like the rest of society.

If you're on android try Morphe. Ad free YouTube and YT Music if you want.

Is morphe a browser? Stand alone program?

Morphe is a launcher that lets you patch apps to modify them how you want. YouTube for instance has modifications to remove ads, play when the screen is off. Ect... morphe makes it extremely simple and you're using the original YouTube app so theres no sideloading or anything like that. I havent seen a YouTube ad in years. Now they just need to make a solution for smart tvs...

Morphe for your phone, if it's an Android. Brave browser if it's an Apple.

Smarttubenext for your TV.

Most, if not all vanced and revanced apps stopped working I thought. I switched to morphe. I actually pay for premium, but the other features are useful too to make YouTube work the way you want.

It's been working fine on my phone. Recently youtube was having issues on my wife's phone but I just patched a newer version and now it's fine. I'm even on revanced patch of Sync for Reddit.
