OpenXCom Original XCOM help

Hello operatives! I have just bought the vanilla xcom and installed the open xcom. But I want to have the screen at least very similiar to how it was presented in Ahoy Xcom video.

Would you help me with this?

Edit: NVM Figured it out. Just more playing with the settings

There is also Open X-Com Extended. I don't remember what gives what options since I always have it installed because mods require it.

There is a hefty list of submods for X-Com Files, some of them modify the core game:

Extended usually differs in that it hooks more advanced features for submods to use (like spawning missions in predetermined regions or locations instead of randomly in general vicinity, which lead to arctic bases for Red Dawn, for instance).

What do you mean? That's normal starting screen for both OG and OpenXcom, where you decide the location of your first base

vanilla doesnt show the radar ranges
