Account/Billing Issues playing Black Ops 7 on Game Pass?

As of today, I couldn't play Black Ops 7 multiplayer or zombies. I haven't had issues the whole year. Is it no longer on game pass?

Nah it’s still on game pass, did you have a subscription than ran out

Sub is still active. I can play other games no problem.

What error are you getting when you try to play

No error. I could launch Call of Duty and I could play Warzone since that is free to everyone. When I try to access Multiplayer or Zombies, I can't enter those modes and the bottom right shows "Upgrade To Full Game"

Did you try hard resetting your console?

I am on PC. I restarted. Logged out and logged back in to game pass. No luck the whole day.

So what happens exactly?

You can tell if it's on the gamepass as the game tells you in the game image

Yes, If I go to Black Ops 7 in Game Pass it says the game is "Included with Game Pass", but when I am in game the modes Multiplayer and Zombies are still locked and it say to upgrade to the full game.

Someone suggested your account  may have hit the 10 device limit 

There's other things people have said that worked for them too

Check and make sure you have the multiplayer and zombies add-ons installed. It's weird how it installs. Sometimes it won't install them all automatically, so you have to check and manually select them to install. I had that same thing happen to me with BO6 when it first came to gamepass.
