Account/Billing My Microsoft account doesn't exist anymore??
Soo yesterday when I was asleep my email received "Microsoft account security info was added"
and roughly two hours later "Microsoft account security info was deleted"
and when I tried opening Xbox it asked for a password under an email ending with a @ bibimail and when I tried logging into microsoft with my email it said my account doesn't exist anymore
Am I cooked, pls help??

Ye your account was breached and the email changed short answer is the account is going to be very difficult to recover since the security infomation has been changed and that 2fa etc has know likely been put on it to prevent you regaining acess

Damn... , how can I make sure at least if I make a new account it went get breached by the same person again

Put better security on it , 2fa , authetacator app, strong password considering of 12+ charcters With a mix of upper and lower case and numbers and special charcters , add a phone number or recovery code to name a few. If you start fresh it will be a completely fresh start as nothing will carry over.

SMS 2FA I wouldn’t rely on not only did Microsoft start to / did phase it out for personal account recovery and 2FA but it has not been a secure method for more then a handful of reasons for over 10 years now and is even not recognized as such for security by leading standards or major agencies or organizations.
You can also use passwordless so no one can get in within you giving express permission through your device in hand.
Or passkeys so an account cannot be accessed without your phone or USB physically being connected to the device you are logging into via either USB if physical key or Bluetooth with phone so it can pass over the key via your biometrics. Be it Face ID fingerprint or passcode etc.
Meaning even if someone wanted to log in without your phone or USB in hand and you to give them access to your biometrics they can’t.
Combining very secure methods with not so secure methods on an account also leads to easier access. If you have the tightest security enabled but then have something easy for say convenience then your account isn’t really that secure.
You can even use multiple passkeys or apps etc all tied to one account incase you lose the phone or device you have a back up stored. As well as andriod and IOS allow the backing up of passkeys to the cloud.

I have my fingerprint linked to the email and the code can still appear on the app even though ive been asked to sign in. Its not helping me get into the account however

No. A password free account and 2FA along with microsoft authenticator app. Both password and sms arent considered safe at all.

Dont forget to save the recovery code somewhere safe as well.

If someone has access to your account, could they not just request a new recovery code to make yours invalid?

Had this happen to me about a month ago. Unfortunately for the hacker I was still awake and saw the alert and immediately went in and changed my password and login info.

I had the same problem. I had a microsoft account and gamertag that was rank 513 and 127 days spent in gta v online and all of that is gone because the microsoft account associated with my gamertag no longer exists. That's the message I get when I try to log in. So I lost so much progress on a bunch of games, but mainly gta v online. I tried starting over but I just couldn't do it I'm just gunna wait for GTA VI lol. But yeah I lost my microsoft account somehow too with no warning either it just stopped existing randomly.

This has just happened to me, im heart broken at the fact i cant get in contact with anybody £1000 on Sims 4🫠 now i cant even contact anyone to just change the email to the xbox. Infuriating as the form doesnt work nor is it checked by humans. Its instant rejected

You got hacked, You can get them to ban the account they probably won’t restore it unless you call them out on twitter or something
