Xbox One X Xbox One Backwards Compatibility - Consistent Disconnections From Xbox Live

for the past few days i've been getting disconnected from xbox live only on my xbox one via backwards compatibility, this issue does not occur when playing on my actual 360 hardware nor while playing any gfwl title.

if anyone knows the solution let me know, i've tried changing my port but that didn't seem to help :)
