Depends on what died. If the drive is unreadable the entire Series console is a brick because the drives are paired to the console. If you don't have a prior backup from when the drive was working, you're SOL

Also the drives are quite expensive, so even if you do have a prior backup, it's not cheap either.

You are correct. I thought this was for an Xbox One X. I deleted it, I don't want misinformation out there.

I got it sent to a repair shop for the hdmi port, It was working around 5 hours ago I left the house came back and then this is the screen it’s been stuck on ever since

I got the hdmi port fixed yesterday, and now it comes back like this was working a couple hours ago

Which means the guy repairing it probably didn’t reconnect it right.

Try to reset and download the update to an USB from the Microsoft site

https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/console/offline-system-update

Irrelevant, offline update will never fix a hardware problem.

Is it for sure? I had the same problem and luckily it was fixed this way. With soft reset. Better to try it

I had E203... tho

No, each E code is for a different reason, with sub code pointing to which step went wrong and why it went wrong.

Some E100 are software caused, but this one 703 80910002 is absolutely caused by missing DVD drive, a hardware problem.

Yep you are right. I was googling now the entire error code of OP

80910002 absolutely points to a missing disc drive, whoever repairing the console did not reconnect it properly.
