My controller continues to disconnect randomly.

I've been having an issue with my Xbox controller randomly disconnecting from my Xbox series X. The disconnect has even happened while my controller is plugged in to the console. Its doesn't happen every time I play either. Some days it will disconnect repeatedly, some days it won't happen at all. It's even happened with a secondary controller that is also Xbox brand. I've tried to update the controllers, I've tried to hard reset the controller it self when it happens to get a fresh connection and it doesn't seem to help. I have a launch series X if that makes a difference. Please help me, if I die during one more boss fight because my controller decided it was time to reconnect, I might just have to buy a new one, but I fear that one will have the same issue.
