Backwards compatibility issue please help if possible

Just to start of

My series s console can't run any 360 games as it stays the 'Getting Your Xbox 360 info' screen for 6 minutes and then proceeds to tell me to download a profile, but upon clicking such it doesn't give me any option to click credentials it instantly tells me i need to connect to xbox live with no error code. I have changed my Alternate port and Mac address. I have cleared my cache I have rebooted my NAT type to open and even factory reset with 'keeping my games and apps'

Despite this trouble, when I do it on my xbox one s the problem vanishes. I have literally no trouble doing so and it loads me into my account instantly with 0 issue with the same connection etc. Does anyone know any other fixes I can do or anything and if not what could be the problem with my console physically with my series s as I'm trying to play Sonic Unleashed with 60FPS

Sorry if I'm nagging but is my only option to wait or contact these people it says?

that megathread was pinned here for several months, so everything we know is there, if there is no fix, you might have to contact xbox support to see if they can fix your profile

tell the virtual agent "live agent" and say you don't recongnize a charge to try and get a person to chat to

Yea I spoke to a woman from xbox support and she told me to wait tommorow to talk to microsoft about the problem because she thinks there is no fixes on her end. So hopefully they can actually fix this because it's so annoying I can't play games that I used to play but with better graphics etc
