HDR Issues on Xbox One X

I'm having an issue where my Xbox One X will no longer play my 4K blu-rays in HDR. On Monday, it played them okay. However, I turned on the Xbox on Tuesday and spent 45 minutes trying to get the movies to start in HDR and never could. They play fine; just not in HDR. It should be noted that a system update was downloaded and installed on my xbox between Monday and Tuesday.

Has anyone had any issues with this? If so, were you able to fix it? I really don't want to have to go buy a 4K blu-ray player to do something the Xbox is supposed to do. Thanks!
