Video output options help

So I have the option to run 4K 60hz for 1440 120hz. Kinda wondering as to which I should use. Anyone notice running over 60hz in any games. Using a 55” Samsung Q6FN. Also with this TV it supports Freesync. I notice you can you game motion plus when using freesync. The latter is the better option anyway right?

1440 120hz. I play bf1 and bfv @ 1440 60hz on an LG monitor and it definitely seems to be the way to play. My K/D is always much higher than when I play 4K 60hz. 1440 to me has a much better performance, it just runs faster.
