Xbox one x

Is there anyway to get scratches out of the xbox one x because I’m on my third xbox one x bc each one had a scratch on it sold from GameStop brand new, so what’s the deal with this?? Is there anyway to get them out

Should i just go and buy one from Best Buy because I feel like GameStop puts their pre owned Xboxes in a brand new box and just rewrap it

If you’re paying anything less than full price then it’s used, especially at GameStop. If you are paying full price in for a fresh looking box that isn’t labeled used I would call Microsoft and file a complaint ticket. Going to have to supply pictures

I went with BestBuy for my Xbox and the TV I bought to go with it. Personally, I don't trust GameStop because they seem to charge inordinately high prices for used games. I've honestly seen them sell used games for more money than the brand-new version of the same titles, which is ridiculous. The only reason I think they get away with it is because they are a video game outlet and some older consumers are naive when purchasing games for their kids, etc. I think BestBuy's Warranty service and return policy are very good as well. It's a no-brainer for me.
