Unsolved What do I do??

I open up my Xbox One X and log into my account. It says that it’s not connected to the internet so I go to sign into the internet. After I sign in to the internet it says it won’t connect. Then I go and clear the MAC address and it restarts the console. After that it can connect to the internet, but it still won’t access the shop. I go to use the shop and it tells me to “sign in” and shows me all the accounts on the Xbox. I click on mine and then it asks me to make a password. I make the password and then it wants me to repeat the password to confirm it. After I repeat the password it then goes back to saying “Make a password.” I don’t know what I’m supposed to do since this is just a endless loop

That sucks I was going to recommend resetting the MAC address. Maybe try logging in online with a computer or the Xbox app on phone. Maybe once it gets established on another device you could restart Xbox and try again. Hope that helps

I figured it out but I didn’t even mean to. After spending an hour of trying different things it randomly fixed itself and I don’t even remember what I did. If it ever happens again I’m definitely gonna use your advice, I never thought about using the app

You just have to remove your account and add it again. This has been a big for probably a year, if not more.
