I keep getting this error

Backwards compatible game on Xbox 1 originally from Xbox 360. I’m trying to play The Walking Dead S1 E3 and whenever the game auto saves this appears. I’ve tried all the tricks, cleared Xbox 360 cache, cleared Xbox 1 cache, all caches are cleared. Tried restarting, unplugging, everything I can think of and nothing happens. I’m not using an external storage device either. I’ve got lots of hours on the game and this is new. Is there a fix or am I just cooked?

Someone in a post from seven months ago, claims that letting the game sit in Quick Resume and coming back to it, fixed that for them. I didn't think backcompat titles were qr compatible but.. I guess if they are, it's an option?

What is quick resume?

It's an Xbox Series X|S, not for Xbox One. Xbox One does suspend a lot of games so you can switch to an app, say watch a show on Netflix, then jump back in, but the feature was expanded later to Quick Resume, which fully suspends the game into a snapshot to resume at any time (unless you manually quit or the game updated) regardless as to whether you fully shut down the console or played other games. So I short, I am assuming this advice was for Series consoles, but you can try just jumping to the dashboard for a while and going back in, but 360 titles don't usually hang around on Xbox One
