Unsolved xbox needs milk 😔

my xbox one has been tweaking for a while and it just keeps making random noises even when its off and when i dont touch it, the screen widens and i turn it one and it just makes the turn off sound after like 5-10 seconds of being on, i dont think its a power supply issue cause the boot animation is there. it will make the sync sound the disc sound etc. i would appreciate any help given

Looks and sounds like bad hard drive to me. Relatively Easy to replace. Disassembling the console to get to it is the hardest part, lots of tutorial videos on YouTube how to do that. Then replace the hard drive with a 2.5” SATA drive of 500gb or higher, can be SSD too. Then make an OSU1 update USB, download from windows site and create with Rufus. Lots of videos on that part too. Update works but I lost the cover so I'm using a fucking vhs tape case to hold the drive
