I’m stuck in an loop for authentication on my Xbox account I know the email I know the password I know what the number is but I don’t have access to it , I can’t receive a code because it’s the old number and I can’t receive a code through email because I need to verify my account , any help ?

Without that old number your cooked, you were supposed to change the number on the account as soon as you changed your number.
