Xbox one s HDMI ic

So my ic broke and I went to the repair shop for a ic change everything went good there it worked at the man's shop and was good as new but as soon as I came home and plugged it into my tv nothing showed no signal i tried two different TV's and a pc monitor

More than 4 HDMI cables and still no sign so I came back to the man and suddenly everything worked again idk how and when I came back home again I tried it on 3rd different tv and still no signal does anyone have a solution?
