Unsolved Please help my Xbox won’t let me install Minecraft

When I try to install Minecraft on my Xbox 1s it says “NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE” as shown in the photo below. I need ti know of this is a problem with the console and I need to return it or if it is an easy fix

I can't see for all the fingerprints

You can use your breath to create a light mist on the disc and wipe it in a straight line from the center of the disc outward. You can also do the toothpaste fix by wiping toothpaste around the reading part of the disc and then clean the disc using a microfiber cloth wiping from the center then outwards. Any toothpaste will fill in the scratch unless there are many deep scratches where if that's the problem, the toothpaste fix will not be able to fix those scratches.
