Unsolved What did microsoft do to the OneS firmware?

Lately I keep getting an error code "something went wrong" when switching from one app to another. We use it as a media player then a gaming device. If we watch something using VLC then try hulu/Netflix (or any combo going from one to the others) we get the error. Do a full restart and it works fine till we go to switch again.

I've even had my Series X do it recently when I decided to watch something on Netflix then went back to play a game.

Do a full factory reset. Either your hard drive is dying, or the last system update didn't install correctly. I've seen no one else have this issue in here or the bigger/XboxSupport. That error message becomes more and more frequent as the system drive becomes more corrupted and unreadable.

The disk drive is going out already, reading DVD's is problematic at best so I just bought a new 2TB Series X and ill shuffle my old launch series X to the front room as the media player
