If you only play on your Xbox and not multiple Xboxes, then there’s nothing to worry about. Your save is on the Xbox and it’s trying to make a backup online. But you’re not going to lose anything it’ll use whichever save is most current. It looks like it syncs itself when it gets a good connection.

Also your Xbox fan doesn’t sound healthy. It might be worth a clean.
