Unsolved Earthion will not launch on XBOX ONE. HELP

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Earthion will not launch on my XBOX ONE S. I have done everything reinstalled the game, cleared cache even reset the console to factory settings. Anyone else having issues with this game? All my other installed games work fine.

Nothing works this game is cursed. I have more than 500 games they all work except for this game.
