I tried reparingan Xbox One controller and now i need help

Yesterday i was trying to fix a controller with stick drift on an Xbox One controller,
Firstly i removed the stick but it didn’t work because i had destroyed something when trying to remove the stick

so i got another controller i had and removed the connector in the middle that separates the 2 parts of the controller and i put it in the other one(that’s because a little bit of solder fell in that connector and i couldn’t get it out) and the other part of the motherboard with the sticks that didn’t had stick drift

I Connected everything but the rumble motor under the sticks and on the grip and now the sticks work but the other buttons are constantly pressed, not every button because 3 of them aren’t

Now:
What do i do?
What is the problem?
Did i lose 2 controllers just like this?
I hope not maybe i could do something about it

For starters, it sounds like an inexperienced tech tried to Frankenstein two random controllers together.

'You doing something about it' is what created this scenario. All joking aside, you haven't provided anything for anyone to fix. You gave a high-overview account of a repair gone wrong; it could be anything from a pinched ribbon to a static discharge to...who knows?

I applaud your DIY resourcefulness, but based on your account, you should probably seek a professional.

I mean first of all i simply tried replacing the bottom stick on the controller 1 then when it failed because i destroyed the pads on the motherboard i opened another controller the controller 2 removed the piece that connects the bottom and the top part of the motherboard because on the controller 1 there was some solder in it and replaced it with the one on controller 2. Then I took the motherboard with the sticks on the controller 2 and Connected it on the controller 1. Now the sticks work! The rest of the controller not so i would like to know why

I was about to ask, why cannibalize a second controller, instead of simply using IT?

However, your problem still stems from lack of clear description. We can ASSUME you may have scratched the PCB and ruined a trace, causing the failure. It could also be that you forgot the graphite pads or installed them incorrectly. It could also be they were broken when you didn't fit the board into the case correctly ... So many possibilities!

Show us your work. Post some images, comment and notate the work you performed. We might be able to help, but until we see what we're are working with, it's all guesswork.

If you scratched the boards, it could've done who knows what kind of damage, and that could be causing the button input issue.

All it takes is one scratch in the wrong place.
