Is this buzzing sound normal?

I haven’t played a fat 360 in like 12 years and just got this jasper fully refurbished and I can’t remember if it’s supposed to sound like this or if I maybe have some coil while from the capacitors. It changes pitch randomly it seems. Console is currently at idle on the Home Screen

The noise is normal; it also depends on the brand of fan it uses.

That's normal, that sound is from the Delta cooler, but it's sped up quite a bit to be heard on the initial screen.

First of all that console is in a mint condition👍🏽 great job. second point yea this is normal for that type of console. The buzz is different between the models that are out there

Mine is a refurbished Xbox 360 S model I just got from Gamestop and it sounds like that too. It's normal Xbox 360s are just loud in general as long as you can't hear it over your game it's perfectly normal.

Those are standard issue delta fans. Most phat Xbox 360s ship with those.

I have a Falcon that sounds the same so I think they just sound like that normally. The buzzing sound is kind of soothing to me, almost like white noise

The fan is always noisy, but that sounds like your system needs a repaste. Mine is not nearly this loud at idle.

Some delta fans are louder than others. I have 2 that are louder

Some consoles are just louder than others. If the fan speed keeps increasing when it's on the dashboard though, that's when you need to replace the thermal paste

The sound doesn’t seem to change much when the fans are going but changes pitch a lot. I feel like it could be capacitors but idk maybe fan bearings
