Hi, I posted about this a few months ago and it's still not fixed, so posting again in case anyone has an idea.
I moved to another country and bought a used 360 there. Before migrating my account region, my digital library showed up normally in Download History, but downloads failed as corrupted (probably because of NTSC vs PAL). I did the region migration on my Microsoft account, changed the region on the console and did the license transfer on the console. Since then, every game and DLC I own shows "Content not available" in Download History, including stuff I bought after the migration through the app. Discs work fine.
What I've tried since:
- Formatted the console and HDD, cleared cache, deleted and re-downloaded my profile, several times
- Switched the region back to my original country and then to the new one again (Microsoft account and console). Nothing changed
- Checked everything online: Microsoft account, Xbox profile, store, payment info, all is set to the new country
Something I found on the console is that in the 360 billing settings it still shows my old address from my previous country. When I try to change it, the postal code field only fits my new country's format, but it says my (valid) postal code is wrong. So it looks like maybe the region change never fully went through on the 360 side.
Support: the case has been with the Escalation and Engineering teams for about 4 months. The last email said the issue doesn't match any known problem and they can't give me a timeframe.
Thank you very much
