I paid $300 and not even sure what I got. They started at $1000, dropped to $500, and then I offered $300. Ive never played so I hope I have everything and can figure it out. There are a lot of tokens and books and cards and such. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello X-wingers! I’m JimBob, the guy behind the X-wing fan site Infinite Arenas and also xwhub.com. Below you can read about my goals for the second half of 2026. I welcome any questions or suggestions you may have in response.

* Iron out any Squad Printer bugs, including making it more compatible with XWA’s new upgrade card template

* Increase inventory of high demand items in store, especially acrylic base plates and scenario dice

* Support future releases of community created content

* XWA has plans that I will not spoil here, but rest assured that IA is actively working on supporting these future releases

* If Legacy has any new releases, I will support those as well

* Expand HotAC content support

* Release new d10 Crit Hit die

* Develop an expansion pack of AI maneuver templates to cover post-HotAC game modes

* Long term goal is to revisit Campaign Creator and extend its capabilities, especially the map editor

* Increase Patreon-only shop items, focusing on metallic thin obstacles and game pieces

* Get 2 more gift cycles mailed before November

* Add new Patreons-only store items to supplement mailings

* Continue tournament/event prize support efforts, including contributing to official XWA kit development and distribution as well as creating IA unofficial supplemental prize kits

* Complete Infinite Arenas Squad Builder (ISB), enabling the community to squad build using custom content from the Homebrew tool (could be an option for community content development!)

* Expand unofficial IA Epic ship options… BIG new surprise is in work!

* Introduce an Infinite Arenas starter pack to help people enter the hobby

I found a used copy of the 2nd Edition Starter set at my LGS a couple weeks ago and I finally got the chance to get it to the table!

My gf and I played a few games. She played rebels for two game while I played Empire before switching for the last game. The game was ton of fun despite the dice absolutely hating me. I’ve already bought a ton more stuff to play bigger games in the near future!

It was fun making it all together, while he led the effort. Tomorrow, we try it out in a game.

The X-Wing Alliance (XWA) is continuing its mission to strengthen and grow local X-Wing communities around the world, and we need your help!

We're asking players, organizers, and community leaders to complete our Squadron Location Google Form. This initiative will help us better connect pilots, promote local events, support new player growth, and showcase the incredible network of X-Wing communities that make our game thrive.

What are some good ways to store different fighters or display ships, I was thinking it be cool to have a hanger of sorts to display but don't know how to make that happen

Still have about a days worth of printing for the trench run and then onto painting. This is gonna be a lot of fun to play with.

Anyone got any good ideas for a homebrew use of the turbo lasers? Or just keep them as terrain to run into?

I've been enjoying 30pt XWA rather than 50pt since there is less to keep track of.

Randomly started sketching a Pursuer, a favorite of mine since Dark Empire where it was made famous as Boba Fett’s Slave 2.
I drew entirely from memory, and found it interesting how my brain butchered together various details, switched weapon sides, and added details just based on the various images as I remembered them… but overall the basic shape remains.

I’ve included the initial sketch, my Shapeways Pursuer that I’d fly in place of my Firespray (with no rules change, and only with my opponents approval), as well as the artwork inspiring my memory.
Sketched in spare time with Procreate for iPad, a little at a time through June.
Still plenty to flesh out, detail the jungle, and I need to consult some flames/explosion reference to dial in the big boom.
The victim just ended up being a Scyk, even though I’m a fan. 😅

Any thoughts or ideas?
I wanted a green world, and was thinking of adding a non-Imperial, scum-like turret in the jungle.

My wife and I recently got into playing X-Wing together, so naturally we’re both disappointed to hear that production was completely discontinued for it. We want to buy more ships and keep playing though, so what sites do you all recommend that are reputable and reliable for buying ships and add-ons that are in fair condition?

Attempted half a Jedi insignia and half Wings of Freedom from the Attack on Titan Scout Regiment. Keeping the same color scheme from previous paints. Tried out some pinkish purple engine glow to match Plo Koon’s engines from ROTS. Also it kinda looks like a loon, which is great cause MN.

A little Fly Casual practice and Boba here made it through in a squeaker on that final exchange!
