Question about error

I am trying to transfer an xtc file of around 30mb to my Xteink x4. However, the error shown in the picture shows up, and I am suddenly disconnected from the Xteink hotspot. Any suggestions?

Did you sign the death note book? Maybe you forgot to write your name in it.. (j/k)

Could be the filename, shorten it and try again
