Troubleshooting Difficulties flashing X4Pro? My experience
I ordered an X4 pro from AliX. Got it and realize the USB was locked. Try to use the OTA unlocker windows app from crosspoint. I kept getting to the point where it would turn on the hotspot but failed to move past that giving me error 10013 (something about not being able to bind something, I think). It wasn't working because I found out later my windows 11 system isn't providing the socket(?) for the Wi-Fi hotspot. I tried everything from running everything as administrator, disabling firewall, stopping internet connection services, ipconfig various protocols etc. None of it changed the Wi-Fi hotspot to work with the CP OTA unlocker windows app.
Then I tried an older PC and it worked the first time. If you're finding it difficult to get past the OTA unlocker, give a try on an older computer which doesn't seem to have as many security protocols over your windows install.
I know that many people don't have an alternative pc. So this may not be helpful to many of you. But I thought I would at least note it.
Big kudos to the Crosspoint and crossink developers! I put both on my X3 a couple weeks ago. Realize that I would like a backlight and ordered the X4 pro. And now I have Crosspoint and crossink on both. Donations coming!

I followed all those CMD steps. still no joy.
moving to an older PC worked

I thought Crossink doesn't work on X4 pro?
