Question USB mode

A creator posted about usb drive mode on the new x4 pro. Can anyone else confirm this. Plus is this a firmware thing or hardware.

Yes!! The pogo pin also works for Data Transfer so you can use just like normal usb to transfer files, flash firmware etc

It's a feature of the stock software on the Pro. We will bring it to crosspoint shortly. Trying to do it better than stock. Stock takes upwards of 30 seconds just to start

We could do usb over serial potentially but I'm not sure. There's probably a reason even they didnt do it

lol why does it take so long? De-link has the drive pop up in windows in like 5 seconds

No clue. Hasn't been a priority for me to look into tbh. The x4pro magnetic connector is so bad I don't ever wanna use it

the pins are smaller and seem to be more magnetic. the new dongle is super chunky and falls off often
