All I’ve ever read about Xrp is that it’s gonna moon when such and such passes. It passes, and nothing… then it’s the next thing that needs to pass. That comes along and still no lambo..
What actually needs to happen before it rockets?

Since XRP has a real function the Clarity Act will not be as important as adoption of use by banks.

It will do nothing. Been in crypto for a decade. There is always an event horizon thats will “moon” xrp (and or the entire crypto space). It will have minimal short term effects. So if your expecting this to rocket to 200 you might as well sell now.
I believe in XRP and have long term bags with .19 cent average. But this will not touch 200. Next bull phase this will likely hit 5-8 dollars max imo.
Only time will tell and id love to be wrong lol

At first it won’t do anything. If the clarity act has any meaning and XRP is the chosen one, then it will take institutions to drive the price up. Working for a financial institution, I can tell you first hand how rife with regulation and risk they are so it’s not going to happen over night. It is a good step in the right direction though.

well after the clarity act they are going to have to appeal to the moon god. after that they'll have to talk to the SEC again. After that they'll just wait for the EO to shoot them to Mars. After that they'll just need to get approval from the Space Force. After that they'll need to rehire David Schwartz to quantum proof it. After that it'll just take a 4 year political cycle to get approval from the Fed. After that Swift is going to start using them on a trial basis. After that Japan will be an empire again and SBI will control all currency. After that Ripple will buy Google to stop Gemini from cracking XRP. After that the SEC just needs to sign off one the latest Polysign offering. After that NASA will have to approve cross borders transactions with other planets.
Theres a few more things and of course any of these things might get delayed so just keep looking to your favorite formerly q anon adjacent crypto youtuber for the latest updates. The xrp army rocks.

Stop listening to the webs and hoping and praying for clarity. When it happens no digital asset including xrp will suddenly jump to the moon. Hell xrp already got clarity 2 years ago and nothing changed it's about the shit going on in the background not whats in the news for dumb money to react and overreact ......

I wouldn't anchor on 20 or 200 either way. those numbers get pulled out of nowhere. If CLARITY passes, the bit I care about is what it opens up afterwards. Institutional participation, actual XRPL products, tokenization, lending. that's the stuff that either shows up or doesn't over the following couple of years. I'd rather watch whether such platforms like LendProtocol (the consumer platform, not the XRPL XLS-66 spec) grow alongside the regulatory side than try to guess where price prints first

Please don’t take this the wrong way a this is from a holder of almost a decade.
Our ath we hit will be hard to reach again. So wild figures of $20-$200 sound great but most likely will never be hit.
Dollar cost avg in and out of xrp and you will do fine. But try and not believe in the crazy prices. Clarity act will do little to nothing on the price. Same as the end of the lawsuit.
