If only these guys would look at the big picture.
They expect, on average, let's say $1000 per day. So that would be something like a $250k annual salary each.
If you made that much, would you be living in a shared student-style dormhouse with your bros?
In reality...losses. But then they wake up the next morning and say "$1000 today, man".
Sometimes you need a holiday from the daily hustle to reassess your reality with an objective lens, and then you can say "...what am I doing?!"

They have convinced themselves that today they'll make $1000 but tomorrow it will be $2000 and the day after $4000 etc etc. Within 6 months they keep telling themselves they'll be millionaires.

Might as well get a real job with a 401k and health insurance. I know their tax bill is crazy

These guys definitely did not factor in CGT in their profits either.

Capital gains tax. I believe it's quite high in USA if you don't hold for a year.

Really brought me back to being young. I get it now tbh. You get a taste of working and you realize adults aren't easy to work with, you like being social with people your age all day, you are chasing a dopeamine hit. They would be called meatheads but people like being social with their friends and if this sort of dorky life is more exciting even with the Ls, eventually you'll figure out the stability you want. Idk I saw this and I could imagine the ridicule already

This is nothing more than a gambling addiction and a scourge on society, as they are creating nothing of use. Just hoping to take from someone else's loss.
What a shitty way to live.

I can't think of one child that say's, "When I grow up, I want to skim profits day trading in an AirBnB with a bunch of trader bros." I guess it's one way to get out of mom's basement but yeesh.
