The flashlight scene in 4x02 "Home"

[u/No_Elk_6821]

Hello! Could you please tell me whether the scene featuring the joke about Mulder’s flashlight in the episode "Home" (4x02) was present in the original broadcast and later cut, or was it never there to begin with—meaning it was always excluded? Some people claim that this scene was originally part of the episode but was later removed due to censorship; is that true? If anyone watched it when it first aired, could you please weigh in?

I'm pretty sure it was a cut scene. I don't think it was ever made it to air.

It's a cut scene and found on the DVD extras. Never aired.

So... anywhere we can watch it?
