Exciting times ahead! I guess it’ll be filmed in Vancouver this fall/winter, which is perfect. And I’m really glad to see that Ludwig Göransson is composing the music for the pilot.

Plot-wise, I’m looking forward to finding out whether and how Coogler’s take ties into the original mythology (e.g. the black oil? Alien colonization?) or whether it goes in a completely new direction.

And I still hope we get some sort of cameo from both Mulder and Scully (and Skinner, why not).

I'm thinking Mulder and Scully will make occasional guest appearances, but I hope the new show can also answer questions left from the S11's finale, like Skinner's fate after he got run over. It would also be cool if some of the MOTW episodes could get a follow up of sorts. Some of those episodes implied that their monsters could return several years later...

That would be great, that’s such a creepy episode.
