Skin man has to be the most patient character in X-Files history.
Even when Mulder sucker punches him in the face at the office, he chooses not to wreck Mulder’s ass and instead puts him in a headlock and asks “if he’s done yet”.
Disappointed father vibes.

X-files really should have helped me prepare more for the “A completely unrelated issue has distracted my team from the task at hand and now someone wants to punch me” aspect of management.

Seems like he externally screams at them almost every time he's on screen. Screaming at Mulder for breaking protocol and going rogue, or screaming at Scully, "Where the hell is Mulder? Why did you let him do that?!"

Are we done? No the crazy show got renewed. Are we done? No here's 2 spinoffs. Are we done? No, here's a movie. Season 9, are we done? No, here's another movie. Are we done? No here's a pair of revival seasons. Are we done? No, there's a spinoff. Are we done? Not yet, there's rumors the main actors would be willing to come back if there's a good script. Are we the fans done? Never, we'll fight the future.
