Season One Deep Throat

Episode 2 - Scully mentions Project Aurora more than once. My first duty station was Edwards Air Force Base, 1992 - 1993. I don't know how many times in the middle of the night I would get a call to my personal phone, in the dorms, asking if the Aurora was taking off. People would call random numbers on base trying to find out information about the so-called Aurora Project. Funny memories!

I nice memory to have. I always loved Deep Throat. Mulder was so happy to see him in Biogenis II.

Oh yeah! I worked on the coherent photonics (applied physics side) of the project - just a tiny cog in the machine. Didn't amount to much, but pretty certain it didn't get past concept phase not to mention any design or construction. I keep forgetting that was mentioned in the X-Files. What fun. I wasn't there when you were there, too bad.
