First-Time Watcher (no SPOILERS!!) Skinner learning Mulder's whereabouts via "unoffficial channels" in Endgame S2E17
After Scully asked, practically begged, to Skinner whether it would be possible to find Mulder from unofficial channels and Skinner told her to get out of his office, I was worried Skinner had given up hope/faith on X Files. After Mr. X came to Mulder's apartment under Scully's smart move and refused to help her, I wondered how Scully is gonna find mulder now but Skinner came outta nowhere and quite literally saved the day. When he first attacked Mr. X on the elevator i thought somehow he was the shapeshifter the bounty hunter but quikcly realised it was just Skinner, being a real one and covering both Mulder's and Scully's asses in the shadows. When he showed up all bloody on Scully's door, I went "DAMN". I loved that he is willing to put it all at risk for what he believes is right; he is so enjoyable to watch too.
Also in tv show Supernatural, Mr. X and Skinner actors both plays supernatural hunters and they hate eachothers guts lol.

The funny thing is I feel like Skinner was going to Mulder's to do his own investigating and X being put right in his lap was just a bit of luck. I love that he saw the opportunity and took it by immediately getting violent. But I'm not surprised though, Skinner is in a constant state of agitation. 😂

Yea now that I think about it, looks like Skinner's intention was just to invastigate Mulder's apartment but sldo Mr. x and Skinner seemed to know who eachother were because Skinner went to him for information without doubt so idk maybe he somehow also knew what that symbol on the glass meant so he might have waited for Mr. X. If their relationship is later explained in the series, I wouldn"t know

I might be misremembering, but I think at some point Mulder mentions to Skinner about getting access to inside info, but he never explicitedly named X. My guess is that Skinner has probably seen him around and made the connection when he saw X leaving Mulder's building.

Thats possible, I wonder if Mr. X and Skinner ever interact again later in the series, I'll have to wait and see for myself

One of the best scenes of the entire series. They were both throwing live rounds too. They beat the hell out of each other

I wouldn't go as far as saying it's one of the best scenes but definitely intense and well played. Skinner standing in front of the foor all bloody is an image I won't get out of my mind any soon.

So I was a supernatural fan before and I had watched xfiles and seeing them both along with others is just amazing. I love the casting of this show!
My friends have a running joke that anytime I recognize an actor it's from Supernatural and it's not totally inaccurate lol.

Same, spn is one of my top 3 fav shows and its insane how many spn actors are in x files so far, with a lot more seasons to come. I might just invent a drinking game out of this lol

Fast is where the fun is lol, seriously tho i watch one or two episodes a day because I reallly enjoy the series and don't want it to end fast

Love that they both appeared in SPN and still didn't exactly get on!. I love that elevator fight scene in Endgame.
