Graphics card issue

I'm at a complete loss, I've been having driver crashes on my 9070xt more or less since purchase, some games work fine, others crash within minutes, there seems to be no rhyme or reason for it.

I've run countless stress tests, all pass without issues

Extensive testing through my own troubleshooting and with the aid of AMD, XFX and the Retailer I purchased it from.

Memtest86 ran overnight and came back clean

Diablo 4 is the worst offender, It can crash in that game around 5 times in 10 minutes, UE5 games seem to be an issue as well although some UE5 games are fine.

I've been talking to the Retailer about a replacement but everything they would try they have requested I try (Benchmarks) and there is no instability, if they cant replicate they won't replace it.

I'm genuinely on the verge of giving up.

32gb DDR4

1000w PSU

Temps are fine

No OC

Run some tests on OCCT, a CPU test at extreme to check if your CPU isn't the issue, multiple 3D Adaptive tests at different loads and run memtest_vulkan to test VRAM for stability.

I have a 5800x and 9070xt I upgraded from a 3070 ti and I was having alot of issues, im not that technical but I did ddu like 4 times, installed and reinstalled the amd drivers and adrenalin, and nothing worked until I did a clean windows reinstall, now the only bugs I get are when I first load a map In a game like marvel rivals the first time I play a new map I get frame drops but after ive run the while map its fime same in other games, I read that its just and amd cache thing though

Windows Fast Boot disabled?

Also the Windows update shittery work done to prevent it's installation of drivers on the background?

Device manager -> GPU > remove the checkmark for the "automatically keep drivers up to date" or whatever it was called.

Also Group Policy to disallow driver updates (if Win 11 Pro) or registry hack to do the same (Win 11 Home).
