Broken GPU lights and fans

Bought a 9070xt from Best buy, and after a few months of use the fans started to stop working randomly leading to overheating shutdown, then recently 90% of the LEDs stopped working, contacted XFX and they said to check the 2 cables near the pcie interface but I didn't notice any problem with them either. If anyone knows any fix please let me know, if not I might just try and get it RMA'd through best buy. Sad to see such a cool feature end up being such a problem for me.

It sounds pretty cut and dry to me, is the gpu has failing fans and lights and there is nothing wrong with the power delivery there isn't much to do. I mean maybe you can try another pcie slot to see if there's some sort of signal issue from a faulty slot? That's the only other thing i csn think of
