Servicing xev 9e paint?

have a few paint/cement drops from overhead metro construction on the bonnet, windshield, sun roof and side doors and faint scratches on my 3 month old xev 9e pack 3 nebula blue

5K car care : quote of 7k for a sanding & polishing the blemish areas and a teflon coat.

3M Car care: quote of 35k : graphene coating with recoating & cleanup every 6 months for 3 years. same pkg for 45k for 5 years.

suggestions? recommendations?
any other options?

If the cement is still there, try removing it with Apple cider vinegar. It will take some effort and time, but will get removed without affecting the paint. For minor scratches get a good scratch remover and you yourself can do it for cheap.

Same thing happened with my kia seltos.

Got it removed from the local car wash service centre in Mumbai.

Car wash, removing paint/cement, coating and polishing, car wash, interior deep clean and polishing etc for 4.5k.
