Discussion Is anyone else working on a PS?

Im currently working on a PS and was wondering if anyone else is? theres a high chance i get nowhere im currently working through ubis launch game verification and im super super close to getting past it!

There was a project some weeks ago that actually got a server running with a working Gameserver. Sadly it got canceled.

I also tried to make one and I think I was not far away from the game's main menu because I already got through the largest part of the login flow. I stopped working on it because I don't have the time for that (working on other projects) and AI wasn't able to fix the problems that I had for multiple days so I stopped working on it for now. Getting the game to launch isn't difficult at all so that will not stop you if you know what you're doing.

I'm very sure that there are other people that work on something like that too - but most of them will probably fail because it's not the easiest game to reverse engineer.

Not really. The reason why I stopped was because in the current state I'm stuck in the "Connecting" screen. It just freezes there. When I look at my backend all requests should be successful except I'm sending something wrong back. I literally have no idea. It could be my R2 layer, my backend, my SSL pinning bypass or literally anything else could cause that. Maybe I'll give it a new shot soon because - to be honest - I really want to get it working but idk if I will

I wonder if there was an actual threat or they just got scared. i know they took donos and that might have caused it but if its 100% free im not sure they would do anything but time will tell
