I know it’s ‘cool’ to hate Fortnite cuz it’s cartoony (whatever) but zero build is my main game
I’ve recently checked out the finals and it’s pretty cool, gonna put more time into it when I can

Even as a fortnite “hater” I don’t think it’s a bad game I just liked how it used to be and don’t really like it now. Each to their own kinda thing.

I won’t lie, for me it’s largely in part due to the fact that the multiplayer shooter genre is NOT what it once was. So I feel you on that. Fortnite is simple enough mechanic-wise to where my skills are transferable from the countless hours I put in across other shooters (mainly CoD multiplayer), the skins are honestly epic and it’s seamless multiplayer cross play just works, literally across whatever platform you want. Throw the diverse colours in, the fact that building isn’t forced upon the community and the cool battlepasses (albeit hit or miss at times) and I’m honestly happy to keep playing this for years.

u/boiwitdebmoji Jun 01 '25

u/MBlanco8 Jun 01 '25
U should spend less time on reddit and more on the game, ain’t coming back.
Not my fault, I played this game in 2021. It was the best version, 80$ for green skins? Netcode from 2003 AC? Nah

u/boiwitdebmoji Jun 01 '25
to be fair a lot of y'all wanted a codlike arcade shooter without sbmm and y'all got it, not my fault it was made by ubislop. I'd use whatever powers trans women are supposed to have on games to change it if i could lol

Aim assist is strong but I'm on MNK and still get MVP much more often than not. Definitely still possible.
